Business Development Representative

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help grow The ROC Group's referral partner network. You'll be the first point of contact for real estate agents, financial advisors, and other professionals who can send us business.

This isn't a cold-calling grind. We use AI-powered tools to identify warm leads and give you the data you need to have meaningful conversations. Your job is to build genuine relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential referral partners (realtors, financial planners, CPAs)
• Conduct discovery calls to understand partner needs and match them with our services
• Schedule appointments for loan officers with qualified partners
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity in Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and events
• Attend local networking events and open houses (optional but encouraged)

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Comp: $100,000+ OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
• Commission: Uncapped, based on partner production—top performers earn significantly more
